Philosophy of Care

At Chatsworth, we promote good working relationships with outside agencies including, District nurses, G.Ps, Occupational Therapists, social services, mental health specialists, Opticians, Dentists etc. We always receive really good feedback regarding how welcoming the atmosphere is and that the staff are very helpful and friendly.

We have high standards and are always promoting high quality relationship based care and support for people with dementia.

We strive to always update and maintain our good practice.

We provide support in all aspects of End of Life care, including assisting residents and relatives in the planning of their care when they are at their end of life. This enables our residents to pass away where they want and if they have any specific requests, ie, religious or faith, then we can ensure that we incorporate this into their care package.
